The single-pane painted glass is an innovative technique that allows a perfect synthesis between artistic idea and color.
Through tests and studies we’ve developed an exclusive technique which makes it possible to apply the tempering treatment after the firing and melting phase, avoiding the occurrence of bursts or cracks in the glass-pane and obtaining tempered glass-panes of 3 to 4 mm minimum thickness, in very intense and brilliant colors.
An achievement we are also very proud of, is the special technique we’ve developed inhouse, that allows the application of the described above process, to glass-panes of up to 10 mm thickness, despite the difficulties in firing and compensating the different tensioning. Holes and recesses can be carried out on thick glass-panes, making it possible to mount them on large sliding rails (maximum size per each single door 90×240 cm).
Single-pane painted glasses are used in both classic and modern spaces alike. They can fit in and personalize public and private interiors with high-impact color effects. Customizations are virtually unlimited, ranging from more or less simple color effects to slight or evident waves on the surface.
